About

I’m a Brazilian entrepreneur and software craftsman. I founded my company, Improve It, in 2001. It’s been an Agile Software Development consulting firm for many years and I used to work as a coach and a mentor for Extreme Programming teams. I wrote a book about Extreme Programming that was published in Brazil in 2004.

My company launched it’s first commercial product, Be on the Net, in 2008. From them on, the company as well as myself became fully dedicated to the support and the expansion of Be on the Net.

I attended Computer Science undergraduation and graduation courses at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
